Orry Fruit came into the NRA Finals leading the Tie Down
Roping standings, 6th in the Team Roping (Heeler) and 3rd in the Men’s
All Around. His traveling partner and
team roping partner was Kevin Peterson and they were “neck and neck” in the Tie
Down Roping and All Around standings all season. Orry came into the finals with $2784.21 in the Team Roping
and $5703.09 in the Tie Down Roping. When the dust settled, he was 9th
in the Team Roping (heeler), 3rd in the Tie Down and 3rd
in the All Around. Way to go Orry
