2013 Copper Spring Ranch Bible Camp
A roster of nationally recognized rodeo clinicians will be at Copper Spring Ranch on July 8-11 for the CSR Rodeo Bible Camp.
Clinicians include Allen Bach, 30 time NFR qualifier and four-time world champion; Lisa Anderson, circuit finalist in Montana, Texas and the Columbia River Circuit; Rusty Sewalt, five-time NFR tie down roping qualifier; Beau Clark, NFR steer wrestling qualifier and standout contestant; Lana Tibbets, College National Finals and regional champion goat tier; Jack Stephenson, two-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier and two-time George Strait winner; and Trey Johnson, PRCA Rookie of the Year Heeler in 2000.
As an added feature, Clark, who finished third in the average for the 2012 NFR standings and 13th in the year’s overall standings, will be present on July 8-9 to provide personalized instruction. During the 2012 season, he won many major rodeos including Iowa’s Championship Rodeo and the Moses Lake Round-Up.
The second annual camp at the Bozeman ranch features team, calf and breakaway roping, barrel racing, steer wrestling and goat tying instruction that include both ground work and live cattle. Included in the camp curriculum will be motivational teaching and positive practice instruction sessions to give participants the techniques to win both inside and outside of the arena.
The camp features an exciting mix of both rodeo oriented training by highly regarded clinicians and a chance for hours of fellowship with positive-minded rodeo mentors.
The camp is designed for both high school students and adults and provides a wholesome environment for this western, family-style sport. Junior high school students will be accepted if they have a solid horsemanship background.
Scholarships will be available. The $300 per camper coast includes breakfast, lunch supper, lodging, stalls and hookups.
